Rhonda Hatfield is one of the owners of Little Scholars.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has obtained approximately 53 clock hours of additional child care industry training.  She has also been licensed as a trainer for the state of Kentucky on how to open and run a child care business.  Rhonda is hands on in the business.  She focuses primarily on the financial management and oversees all other operational aspects of the business.

Lorrie Craft is the Director of Little Scholars 1.  She has been in the child care business for 20+ years.  She is responsible for the hiring, training and management of the staff at Little Scholars 1.  She is also responsible for making sure that state regulations are met and exceeded at all times.   

We are in the process of hiring a new director for Little Scholars 2. 

There are three Assistant Directors that are onsite at all times at both facilities.  They have the responsibility for handling daily parent contact, giving medication, and scheduling of the employees work day.  The Assistant Directors act as substitutes for the teaching staff when necessary.

Tim Hatfield is also an owner of Little Scholars. He has a Bachelors of Science and a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering.  Tim manages all computer networking throughout the building.  In addition, he manages and maintains the building and assists with operational planning.
